With over five years of experience in the industry, Linda has gone from licensed Broker to owning her own real estate firm and education institute. She's not only a top-producing REALTOR® voted #1 in Gaston County and Bessemer City 2024, but also a passionate educator and mentor who teaches annual update courses to brokers across North Carolina.
Linda holds prestigious designations including GRI, ABR, C2EX, and AHWD, and brings a deep understanding of contracts, closings, compliance, and consumer protection. Her background as a real estate paralegal, office manager, and licensed foster parent gives her a unique perspective that blends legal knowledge, business acumen, and heart.
Currently pursuing and finishing up her BSBA at Appalachian State University (and soon beginning her MBA!), Linda is driven, strategic, and fiercely dedicated to helping others succeed — whether that’s in a transaction, a classroom, or a career path.
